Kris Lamkin
Founder/President/Director
Kris is a co-founder of the Eva Sophia Project with a passion for making a difference and supporting the community, and she is Mom to Eva.
Char Konietzko
Secretary
Char lives in Waconia with her husband, Mike, and her 2 boys – Joe and Alex. Char started her 25th year of teaching in Shakopee. She taught first grade for 24 years and now is a reading interventionist.
Char joined the board because she wants to help all young adults reach their full potential and be active members of their community.
Wade Scott
Director
As a lifelong southern Minnesota resident Wade has witnessed many changes to the area, especially in the last 20 years. As such, he is looking to contribute to developing positive change as a member of the Eva Sophia Project.
Holly Meyers
Vice President/Director
Holly’s is a co-founder of the Eva Sophia Project.
Her compassion for serving and helping others through volunteer work is evidenced in the
strong foundational path which has laid a central theme within her life, Identity. Go. Do.
Pete Leo
Director
Pete is active in his community and is currently an elected member of the Waconia City
Council. He was also part of the Inclusive playground design task force and is currently a
member of the Inclusive playground fundraising team. Pete has a passion for helping others
and making sure everyone is treated equally and given a chance to be successful.
Jim Carlson
Director
Jim lives in Waconia with his wife, Jennifer, and his 3 children – Sam, Jack and Emma. Today, Jim is VP Agronomy at United Farmers Cooperative (UFC).
Becca Rausenberger
Director
Eager to make an impact on her community, Becca connected with the Eva Sophia Project out of a desire to make a difference for her teenage son with Autism. Becca was previously a founding member and Board Chair of Cologne Academy, a core knowledge K-8 charter school that opened in 2008 in Cologne, MN.
