Becca Rausenberger

Eager to make an impact on her community, Becca connected with the Eva Sophia Project out of a desire to make a difference for her teenage son with Autism. Becca was previously a founding member and Board Chair of Cologne Academy, a core knowledge K-8 charter school that opened in 2008 in Cologne, MN.
Currently Becca is EVP, Global HR at Paladin Technologies, a premier North American complex systems integrator. She has held roles in human resources, administration, and non-profit leadership. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University, St. Paul and a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education with a focus on special education and families.
In her spare time, Becca enjoys hanging out with her family: Jon – Husband, Lucas & Nathan – sons, Tucker & Winnie – dogs. Favorite activities include camping, boating, bike riding, hiking, backpacking, and reading (especially audiobooks).
