Kathy Eischens

Kathy is a board member with an accomplished career in finance, passing the CPA exam upon completion of her degree. More recently she has earned a certificate in accounting for Not-For-Profit organizations. Having two decades of experience with not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, she has an affinity for financial accountability and compliant reporting practices. Â
Kathy has a heart for young adults with disabilities. She is motivated to help them find a sense of security, belonging, neighborhood, and community by having a place they can truly call home through the Eva Sophia project. Â

Kathy lives in Waconia with her husband, two adult children, and their pets. She enjoys spending time with them at the family cabin. Her commitment to service on the Eva Sophia project aligns well with her avid interest in photography, some of which can be found on the website!Â
