Char is Eva Sophia Project Secretary and Mom to Joe. Her passion is to help all children work to reach their goals - and even surpass them. She has a strong desire to help all young adults reach their full potential and be active members of their community.

Lisa brings governance and operations acumen to the Eva Sophia Project. Lisa was drawn to serve the mission of building a community for differently abled adults because of knowing Eva, her parents, and their story.

Kris is a Co-Founder of the Eva Sophia Project and Mom to Eva. She has a passion for community contributions that make a difference. Kris is inspired by enriching the lives of children and young adults.

Kathy is a board member with an accomplished career in finance. She has a heart for young adults with disabilities and is motivated to help them find a sense of security, belonging, and community by having a place they can truly call home through the Eva Sophia project.

Rochelle is a board member highly committed to serving others. Her career includes roles in a major technology corporation supporting well-known nonprofits around the globe to enable business success.

Holly is a Co-Founder of the Eva Sophia Project and Mom to Sophia. She has a passion for serving others through volunteer work and loves outdoor activities - sharing these experiences with young adults for appreciation of nature and life enrichment.  

Wade Scott

Director

As a lifelong Minnesota resident, Wade has witnessed many changes to the Carver County area and wants to contribute toward positive change. As a parent of a young, differently abled adult, he is looking forward to developing a supervised residence for adults with cognitive disabilities within the friendly Waconia area.
